NO previous experience required
Our intro skills program will focus on the fundamental skills in a 8-week progression program. We welcome all hockey players that would like to play Canada’s second National sport. Players will focus on transferable skills such as body protection, hand-eye coordination, spacial awareness
Session Breakdown
10 mins – Warm-up / Agilities
30 mins – Skill stations
20 mins – Small area games
